Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from date of purchase. If 30 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.  Sale items cannot be returned for a refund, exchange only.

In the event there is a problem with the product you receive or you experience a skin response to any product purchased, we would encourage you to contact us to discuss the matter to allow us to understand and offer guidance. Please email info@believeinbubu.com, you will receive a response within 24 hours on business working days. 

To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Our Gift Cards are non-returnable.

To complete your return, we require confirmation of your order number. Please email us your order confirmation and reason of return to orders@believeinbubu.com

Please note we require returns to be posted to us at your cost by recorded delivery. 

Return (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This timescale is chosen by the debit/credit card company you paid with.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted, depending on your banking provider. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at orders@believeinbubu.com.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  Sale items will only be exchanged. 

Exchanges  (if applicable)

We only replace cosmetic items if they are defective or damaged. Please email orders@believeinbubu.com regarding any defective or damaged products, any damaged products will need to be returned to us for inspection.  Please note our sheet mask products are one use products and cannot be used more than once or replaced once opened.  For any item found to be damaged or faulty on receipt, please call or email us to allow us to assist.

Any clothing or shoe sizes will be exchanged at no cost to you, once you have returned the original item (returns postage is paid by the customer we do not offer a free returns service, we cover the cost of the new item being shipped to you)


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless deemed to be approved by Bubu.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
