COVID Shipping Update
We are shipping items as per normal working hours daily, however any unexpected covid breakouts throughout your package's journey as a result of covid regulations can make this subject to change at short notice outwith our control. Royal Mail is regularly facing some delays/ service disruptions outwith any predictability on a day to day basis. For more information, please check on the Royal Mail website here. Please be assured if you select Express & don't receive your product by the stated time, we will refund your shipping cost.
We offer free UK delivery with all online orders in the UK over £40.00, with the exception of sitewide discount sales which the free delivery charge increases to a basket spend of £50.00, however please note all orders placed using our free service will be posted by 2nd class Royal Mail post. This is trackable by our digital barcode & GPRS location database but not by our customers. Please note that during busy periods such as Black Friday weekend and Christmas sale periods, all couriers are in high demand combined with holiday season and therefore posting times may vary from our standard timescales outwit our control.
Estimated standard delivery or free delivery time is between 2-5 working days. Your order will be dispatched the same day Monday- Friday if received by 2pm. To allow same day dispatch on a Saturday, orders must be placed by 10.30am.
Standard delivery for a cart under £40.00 is £3.50, unless during Black Friday or sale weekend and then it increases to a £50.00 threshold for free postage.
Express/Tracked Delivery Services
If you require your product/s urgently, we can send next day on a 24 hour or tracked delivery service, prices are shown at checkout. We must receive your order by 2pm Mon-Fri for next day delivery and this is only available Monday-Friday. PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order on a Bank Holiday, Weekend or after our cut off postal times for same day dispatch on any day or on a Sunday, this cannot be sent by Express post. Express orders received on a Bank Holiday, Saturday after 10.30am or a Sunday or after the daily cut off times, will be dispatched as soon as we are able to access a postal service and no refund will be offered. If you place an order for an express service outwit standard operating hours they will be dispatched on this service as soon as they are able to be.
Due to the current covid climate and challenges with international delivery, postage rates and timescales may vary at short notice and will be calculated at that time. If you would like to place an order and receive a speedier, tracked service, please email us your details and postal address to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will respond to you within 24 hours Monday- Saturday and tailor our delivery option to suit your location.
Postage Rates to different locations outwith the UK may vary as with timescales, however please contact us first to understand the current position and we will do our best to get your package to you using the speediest most cost effective option.
Returning or Exchanging Items
